With hands-on experience across private company valuations, fundraising models, M&A transaction support, private equity deal advisory, project finance modeling, and public market research — Mani works closely with founders, investors, and operators to bring clarity to complex financial decisions.
His work spans sectors including SaaS, fintech, renewable energy, and asset-backed businesses, with a strong emphasis on structured models, transparent assumptions, and outputs that hold up under investor and lender scrutiny.
